Hello, I'm Jasmine, a queer, 44-year-old personal trainer focused on strength building, weight/resistance training, endurance and mobility. While I enjoy helping everyone achieve their fitness goals, I specialise in working with women, in particular women aged 40+, and the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach to fitness is holistic. I design workout programs based on your specific needs, body and emotional history, schedule, lifestyle, goals and other factors including stress levels and health conditions. I can help you lose build muscle, increase endurance and maintain mobility long term without setting unrealistic expectations or following unhealthy or restrictive diet plans. My goal is to help you redefine your relationship to your body, and feel strong and confident – now.

You'll learn how to adjust machines for safe and effective use, and according to your specific body and goals.
