Ever since I was young, everything has revolved around sport and training. At the age of 16, I started working as a coach for children and youth groups in basketball, and I quickly realized that coaching was not just a job, but a real passion for me. Today, with over eight years of experience as a coach, I can say that I am always excited to accompany people on their sporting journey and help them achieve their goals. My expertise is based on a bachelor's degree in sports management and a sound education as a sports specialist. In addition, I have completed several further training courses in the field of nutrition and have a Trainer A, B, C and Personal Trainer license. This knowledge helps me to provide my athletes with optimal support not only in training, but also in their holistic development. My current focus is primarily on functional training - a method that particularly fascinates me as it improves strength, endurance and flexibility almost entirely without equipment. I also specialize in hybrid training and calisthenics. My goal is to help people improve their physical performance in the long term - whether through targeted strength training, more flexibility or an overall healthier and more conscious lifestyle. I love passing on my knowledge and experience and motivating people to surpass themselves.
