Assessment & Trial Session
In this session we assess your current level, test exercises and define your goal. You’ll get first feedback and a clear idea of how to train more effectively.
Personal Training & Coaching
Combination of personal training and ongoing coaching. You train once per week in person and get a customized training plan via app, plus continuous support. The goal is consistent progress through structure, adjustments and regular feedback.
Kickboxing / Muay Thai Personal Training
Intensive 1:1 training focused on technique, endurance and body control. Perfect to get fit, release stress and learn real kickboxing skills.
Back & Posture Training
Targeted training to strengthen your back and improve posture. Ideal if you sit a lot or experience tension – helping you move better and feel stronger in everyday life.
