I am Melina Georgina, a sports scientist and personal trainer based in Berlin. My approach, 3fach fit: physical | mental | emotional, combines strength development and self-regulation through what I call mindful strength training: body awareness and targeted muscle building through safe movement patterns, appropriate training dosage and regulation. Many women are active, yet their body still feels unstable in daily life. The back takes over, while the hips, glutes and legs do not work together efficiently. Breathing becomes shallow or irregular, and tension builds up in the neck, shoulders or jaw. Often, what is missing is stable foundational strength, precise muscle activation, clean movement patterns and body awareness. I guide you in a way that brings technique, breathing and muscle activation together. You learn to notice compensation early and correct it directly. This becomes available in everyday life: you recognize stress patterns sooner and know how to regulate them. Depending on your cycle, life phase, energy level and stress load, I adjust intensity, volume and recovery so that progress remains sustainable and structured.
