My work as a Personal Trainer is primarily about giving people more body awareness. The more pronounced the body awareness of the individual, the more understanding of movement. The better the understanding of movement, the more pronounced the quality of movement. Injuries, chronic pain, physical and cognitive performance are influenced by the individual quality of movement. It is not important that we move, but how well!
