Ciao! I'm Nadia , a personal trainer specialized in female body recomposition,with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Sciences and a Personal Training certification. I discovered sports while recovering from an eating disorder, and that challenge became my passion. Today, I guide women in Italy and Germany through functional training and strength training, helping them achieve lasting results. These results are not just physical, but holistic and sustainable, transforming their body, mind, and relationship with themselves. I also provide guidance in nutrition, supporting each woman on a balanced, lifelong journey.

What’s included: • Fully personalized training program • Nutritional guidance and support • Progress check-ins every 3 weeks • Program adjustments based on progress • Continuous support during the program Online-plus Coaching is ideal if you want real progress, accountability, and a structured plan tailored to your goals. At the end of each 6-week cycle, your program is updated and the coaching renews for the next 6 weeks if you wish to continue.
