Hi! I’m Nadia, a Personal Trainer specialized in female body recomposition, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Sciences and a certified background in Personal Training. My approach combines functional and strength training with a holistic vision of women’s health, helping women build sustainable results that go beyond aesthetics — improving body composition, confidence, energy, and overall well-being. My passion for fitness started during my own recovery journey from an eating disorder, an experience that deeply shaped the way I support my clients today: with empathy, education, and long-term balance in mind.
